Kinshofer

The Kinshofer lifting system lift the column and the container through the flange and controls the opening and closing the bottom doors through the chains which connect to the flange/ mushroom to the bottom doors.

The columns with Kinshofer lifting system lift the column and the container through the flange. and controls the opening and closing the bottom doors through the chains which connect to top of the column to the bottom doors. The columns are lifted together with the metallic container and the waste also in stocked inside the column.

Container

The metallic containers are the underground part of the equipment and are placed inside the concrete box. The capacities can be 3, 4 or 5 m3. They are hot dip galvanized after welding and have 2 bottom door with a concave shape to retain 80 l of the liquids from the waste each.

BOTTOM DOOR

The columns with Kinshofer controls the opening and closing the bottom doors through the chains which connect to top of the column to the bottom doors. The columns are lifted together with the metallic container and the waste also in stocked inside the column.

Safety Fence

The safety fence is lifted (90 cm above ground) by the counterweighs which react when the containers is removed by the collecting truck.

Safety Platform

The safety platform is lifted by the counterweighs which react when the containers is removed by the collecting truck.

Leveling System

Urban Dna uses a system with 2 rims on the concrete box and the upper rim can be regulated a posteriori toward the sidewalk.
